1. Promoter
The promoter is QLF Agronomy Ltd (the “Promoter”), whose registered office is in England.

2. Eligibility
• The prize draw is open to farmers aged 18 or over who are resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
• Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, distributors, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw (and their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
• Internet access is required to enter.

3. How to Enter
• Entry details will be provided via the Promoter’s marketing channels.
• Only one entry per person/business is permitted.
• No purchase is necessary.
• Entries received after the stated closing date will not be accepted.

4. Closing Date
The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 04/03/2026. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the closing date if circumstances require.

5. The Prize
• Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) 1000L IBC of L-CBF BOOST.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
• The prize is supplied subject to product availability.

6. Delivery & Use of Prize
• Delivery will be to a UK mainland farm address only.
• Winners must ensure they have suitable facilities to safely receive and store a 1000L IBC.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for handling, storage, or application of the product once delivered.
• The product must be used in accordance with label instructions and applicable regulations.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date.
• Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw using the contact details provided at entry.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the winner’s name, business name, and county for promotional purposes, unless the winner requests otherwise.

9. Data Protection
• Personal data supplied will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil the prize.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, network failures, or other reasons beyond its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

11. General
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
